How ordering works

Select the title

Find it by name or ISBN. The production spec is fixed per title, so there is nothing to configure.

Quantity and finishing

Choose the print run and whether pages are perforated. The per-book price updates as you go.

Upload, or replace pages

Drop in the print-ready PDF. For a reprint, add a PDF of only the changed pages: each one is shown beside the page it replaces before you commit.

Confirm the order

Submit, and a job order is created and picked up by production. Track it under Order status.

What happens to your file

The portal delivers a complete, correctly ordered book plus a record of exactly which pages were replaced and where they came from. Colour, overprint, transparency and trapping stay with prepress on the RIP, as they always have.

2 Preflight, in your browser Page count, trim, bleed, image resolution and fonts, against this title specification. Nothing is uploaded until it passes.
3 Assembled book and manifest The complete book with the changed pages in place, plus a list of every page replaced and the file it came from.
