This portal is the reorder desk for EPH titles printed by KHL. It replaces the email and phone chain that used to sit between a reprint decision and a job on the press.
Browse by category or search by title or ISBN. Each title page shows its fixed production specification: trim size, page count, paper, cover finish and binding. These are set per title and are not editable at order time.
Pick the print run from the published quantity ladder. The per-book and total price update as you change quantity. Perforation is a yes or no option per order.
Use the Upload print-ready PDF button on the title page. The uploader runs the following checks in your browser before the file is attached to the order:
You get a page-by-page preview and a plain report. Findings are graded pass, check or fail. A fail must be resolved before the file can be added; a check can be acknowledged and the order can proceed.
Add the title to the order and check out. A job order is created for KHL production and the PDF travels with it. You can follow progress under Order status, and every uploaded file remains available under Saved uploads for the next reprint.
For a reprint where a small number of pages have changed, upload the complete corrected PDF for the edition. Do not upload only the changed pages. KHL prepress compares editions and swaps pages within their own workflow.
